Registration form
Place: Course venue will be published approx. 4 weeks before the start of a course.
Payment: Invoice will be send in advance of a course. Payment has to be settled prior to attending the course. Payment can either be done by check, bank transfer or credit card payment according to the information supplied in the final invoice.
Credit Payment: We accept payment with Visa and Mastercard on our website. If you are attending a course in North America, please contact Lori Bakken, EAPC (tel: 701.775.3008) to handle your credit card transaction over the phone.
Important: Danish VAT will be added to the above prices if no VAT number is provided (only applies to courses arranged by EMD DK and to EU-based companies).
Accommodation / transportation: The course does not include accommodation or transportation. Please contact us for information about accommodation options in connection with our courses.
Booking and Cancellation Policy: Last day for registration is 14 days before the course start for all courses abroad (except for courses in Germany and Denmark where deadline is 1 week). However, if the course is not fully booked we do accept later registrations.
If notice of cancellation has been received in writing no later than 14 days before the course start there will be no charge. For cancellations received later, we will credit a payment towards a future course. We reserve the right to cancel the course presuming the case that there are not sufficient participants for a course. In the event of a course cancellation, we will make a full refund of course fees received.
