EMD Brasil deliver sales and technical support as well as training for the windPRO software suite, windOPS and other services offered by EMD.
In addition, EMD is also offering our portfolio of consultancy services directly from our local office in Brazil. Many of our customers have been with us for years and know EMD as a highly reliable and trustworthy partner for wind energy consultancy services and – of course – also for our world-leading windPRO software. With our 25+ years of expertise on the international wind consultancy market – we know how to address the specialized needs for independent guidance in any wind turbine project. Now, we are very excited to be able to serve the Brazilian and South American markets even better directly from our Florianopolis office. Our team of highly skilled employees covers most of the Brazilian services – but are also able to interact seamlessly with international EMD experts abroad for specialized assignments.

Our annual yield analysis are focused to meet the business-requirements at the various stages in the wind farm planning process – from the site-finding and feasibility phases into final phases where a ‘bankable’ study is needed in order pin-point any financial uncertainties and risks. We offer analysis according to the BNDES and EPE requirements, i.e. “Annual Energy Production and Measurement Certification” for financing purposes (according the Brazilian National Development Bank – BNDES) and the Brazilian Energy Auctions (according the Energy Research Company – EPE from the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy – MME).
