Anders N. Andersen is Head of Department of Energy Systems. In the last 15 years, his main focus has been the development of computer tools for optimal operation of combined heat and power plants equipped with big thermal and fuel stores, selling their electricity at fixed tarrifs or at spot- and regulating power markets.
He has participated in major energy capacity building projects in the new EU member states. Furthermore, he educates in Sustainable Energy Systems Analysis at Aalborg University.   

Henning Mæng has been employed at EMD since 1999. He has more than 20 years experience within the energy area as respectively employed at a consultant company, energy planner at the country of North Jutland and Associate professor at Aalborg University. His main fields are energy system analysis (technical, environmental, financial and economic), Combined Heat and Power production (CHP) and programming. 

Leif Holm Tambjerg has been employed at EMD since May 2006. He has more than 10 years of experience within the energy area, as employed with different consultant engineering companies. His main field of expertise is CHP, thermal solar collectors connected to CHP district heating grid and the electricity spot market. He has extensive experience in use of EnergyPro and other simulation tools and implementing customer designed solutions.
